This paper presents the architecture, formal threat mitigation, and real-time validation of Athena, an autonomous sovereign workstation and microservice engine implemented in the Nyx programming language by Simeon Bala. Operating on a zero-overhead native runtime, Athena achieves 120 FPS hardware-accelerated Skia/Vulkan rendering, sub-microsecond local inter-process messaging, offline fault-tolerant mesh replication, and military-grade data protection via embedded Ed25519/ChaCha20 cryptographic vaults.
